FABRIC Harwicks,   the   Tailors   works   primarily      with   Dugdale   cloth   merchants   who   are                                               based   in   a   amazing   historic   building   in   the   centre   of   Hudderfield’s   worsted industry.    I    now    count    Robert,    CEO    of    Dugdale    Bros.    as    a    loyal    friend,    a friendship   forged   over   30   years.      Harwicks,   Tailors   in   Norfolk   and   Dugdale   Bros pledge   all   fabrics   are   manufactured   using   only   yarns   processed   ethically   from sheep   reared   humanely   on   farms   that   meet   the   highest   standards   of   animal welfare legislation.



The mills in Huddersfield became renowned for the quality of their worsted fabrics, and this premium status still holds strong today. Although more traditional woollen cloths are still produced for outer garments thanks to their durability, worsted has become a mainstay for everyday clothes and suiting.

The last remaining independent cloth house in the renowned textiles town of Huddersfield, still going strong after more than 120 years. Built in 1875, the Northumberland Street building is the home of Dugdale since 1906 and is one of Huddersfield’s iconic architectural landmarks.
